Cosmetical:
        * s_conf.c/match_ipmask(): show original mask in error.
        * config.h.dist: check for empty TIMEDKLINES define.
        * s_misc.c/read_motd(): correctly parse motd file without ending \n.
        * list.c/remove_client_from_list(): negative remote client count bug,
          as directly connected servers have hopcount of 1, not 0.
        * s_misc.c/initstats(): set localc, not remc.

Tiny enhancements:
        * s_bsd.c/start_iauth(): send data to iauth in big chunks to save on
          metadata overhead.
        * res.c/init_resolver(): a hack to allow resolving inside FreeBSD jail.

Small enhancements:
        * ircd.c/try_connections(): if no conf suitable for AC found, disable
          AC temporarily.
        * s_misc.c/exit_client(): if remote server matching C-line exits and
          AC is temporarily disabled, enable it.
        * s_bsd.c/close_connection(): if AC was temporarily disabled and local
          connection in state Handshake or Connecting state exits, enable AC.

Fatal bug (can be triggered only by local oper) fixes:
        * s_serv.c/m_squit(): "by whom" to squit comment was buggy.

Those, who have 2.10.3p6 and squit.diff (or don't do manual squits)
have no need to upgrade. All versions prior to 2.10.3p6 MUST upgrade.

The bug in PART creates desync with network and allows "hiding"
on channels. Specially crafted PART message can result in parting
from different channels on local server and the rest of the network.
This makes all servers in the network not see the client sitting on
the channel (so noone can kick him as well) and leaking channel
information (members, keys) to the abuser. This, however, requires
that the client was able to join such channel first.

Bug found in KICK routine also caused channel desync and similar
scenario as above could have been exploited. (This also fixes
these "NJOIN protocol error".)

Important changes in 2.10.3p6 (since 2.10.3p4):
        * new stats (P) for showing P:lines (IP, port) and number of 
	  clients using it.
	* new command POST being an alias for QUIT will not allow abuse
	  from http proxies.
	* clients have QUIT reasons enclosed within double quotes
	* QUIT and PART have no default reason now.

It is my pleasure to announce first public version of 2.11 serie,
2.11.0a1. While we worked hard to ensure it works stable and with
no problems, this is ALPHA stage software. You should not install
it on production servers.

The sources can be found at usual place:

Please read RELEASE_NOTES as well as revised INSTALL file, there
are some config changes needed.

We expect to kill all bugs and implement new features (as seen
on http://akson.sgh.waw.pl/~chopin/ircd/ROADMAP) during next few
months. If everything goes well, in mid April we want first beta
and next Friday 13th -- production release of 2.11.0.

irc.kyoto.wide.ad.jp, irc6.kyoto.wide.ad.jp がirc.nara.wide.ad.jp, irc6.nara.wide.ad.jp に移転されました。後に、irc*.kyoto.wide.ad.jp のサーバはシャットダウンされます。また、当分の間は、CNAMEにてirc*.kyoto.wide.ad.jp は irc*.nara.wide.ad.jp にaliasされます。
